     Title: Montadito: Sardinillas y Olivas

     Yield: 4 Servings

     8 oz Piquillo Peppers
     4 oz Premium Sardinillas (Baby
          - Sardines)
    11 oz Anchovy Stuffed Olives
          Extra virgin olive oil

 Top each slice of Pan con Tomate or fresh crusty French
 baguette (sliced) with a slice of the piquillo pepper. Then
 top with a baby sardine. Next, top with a toothpick-skewered
 green olive.

 Serve and enjoy!
