1 Bag shrimp and crab boil
2 cans Beer -- 12 oz ea
24 ounces Water
1 tablespoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons Fresh lemon or lime juice
5 pounds Med shrimps; peel -- devein
1 cup Unsalted butter -- melt
Bring spice bag to boil in beer/water in large saucepan. Add remaining
ingredients except for shrimp and butter. Simmer for 10 minutes to blend
flavors.
Arrange shrimp in an oven-proof casserole. Pour liquid over them. Pour
melted butter over all. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, stirring twice.
