                           Crab Stuffed Eggs

  1      dozen         hard-boiled eggs
  1      cup           crab meat -- flaked
  1      cup           finely chopped celery
  2      tablespoons   chopped green pepper
  1      teaspoon      dry French dressing mix
    1/4  cup           mayonnaise OR 1/3 cup sour cream -- can use Light

With a knife slice hard cooked egss in 1/2 lengthwise. Remove yolks
and cholesterol. Add flaked crab meat, celery and green pepper.
Combine dressing mix with mayonnaise or sour cream. Add to egg yolks.
Mix well. Pile into egg whites. Chill.
