     Title: POTATO-BACON CUPS

     Yield: 4 servings

    12 oz Potatoes; cooked & mashed
 1 1/3 c  Cottage cheese; low fat
     4 sl Turkey bacon; crumbled
   1/4 c  Skim milk
   1/2 ts Garlic powder
   1/4 ts Rosemary; crushed
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/8 ts Black pepper

 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Spray 4  6oz
 custard cups with nonstick cooking spray.  Place the
 cups on a baking sheet.

 2. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.
 Divide evenly among the prepared cups.  Bake for 30 to
 35 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
