     Title: Jim's Tomato Surprise Appetizer

     Yield: 4 Servings

     2 lg Ripe tomatoes; sliced
   1/2 c  Prepared pesto sauce
          Cream cheese; softened
          Fontinella cheese; grated
          Ritz crackers

 Slice tomatoes, arrange on plate. Top with a tsp of pesto per slice.
 Put cream cheese in a piping bag and top pesto with a swirl. Sprinkle
 grated cheese over and serve with crackers.
