1/2 lb Italian or French bread
2 tb Fresh parsley,
- preferably Italian;
- chopped
1 tb Olive oil, preferably
- extra-virgin
1 tb Plain yogurt
1 tb Tomato paste
1 cl Garlic; finely chopped

Prepare a grill. Cut bread in half lengthwise, then cut each piece
in half. In a small bowl, combine parsley, oil, yogurt, tomato
paste, garlic, salt and pepper. Toast the bread on the grill, cut
side down. Spread with the tomato-garlic mixture and serve warm.
