2 Eggs
1 2/3 c Whole kernal style corn
1 1/4 c All purpose flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 1/2 ts Salt
Beat eggs and stir in corn. Sift flour, measure and sift again with
baking powder and salt. Combine beaten eggs and corn with flour
mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls into deep fryer and fry until golden
brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve with butter, syrup or jelly.
