4 oz Roquefort cheese; softened
4 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/2 tb Brandy
1/4 c Pecans; coarsely chopped
12 sl Baguette
Preheat oven to 425 F. Thoroughly mix cheeses. Stir in brandy and
pecans. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet. Spread cheese
mixture over bread slices. Bake until cheese is lightly browned
(about 10 minutes). Serve immediately.
