  1      lb            Ground round
  1                    Egg worth of Egg Beaters(R)
    1/2  c             Soft bread crumbs
    1/4  c             Skim milk
    1/3  c             Onion -- finely chopped
    1/2  ts            Worcestershire sauce
                       Sauce:
    1/2  c             Ketchup
    1/2  c             Onion -- chopped
    1/3  c             Sugar
    1/3  c             Vinegar
  1      tb            Worcestershire sauce
    1/8  ts            Pepper

These tasty meatballs are a perennial favorite at our Christmas
parties. But with such wonderful flavor, you'll get requests
your-round.

Combine the first 6 ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1" balls. In a
skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs; drain. Place in a 2-1/2 qt
baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake,
uncovered, at 350 F for 50 to 60 minutes or until meatballs are done.

Yield: 48 Meatballs
