MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Mini Mediterranean Flatbreads
Categories: Breads, Cheese, Vegetables, Herbs
     Yield: 16 servings

16 1/3 oz Tube refrigerated buttermilk
          Biscuits
   1/4 c  Garlic & herb cheese spread
     2 tb Kalamata olives; sliced
     2 tb Fine chopped roasted red
          - pepper, drain, pat dry
     2 tb Crumbled feta cheese
          Dried oregano for
          - sprinkling
          Lemon juice for drizzling

 Set oven @ 375 F/190 C.

 Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

 Separate each biscuit into two layers and place on
 baking sheet. Evenly divide cheese spread on each
 biscuit. Top with olives, roasted red pepper, and feta
 cheese. Generously sprinkle each with oregano and a
 drizzle of lemon juice.

 Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until golden. Serve
 immediately.
