This is an appetizer recipe-serves about 4
* Cut chicken meat into 24 thin slices. Have ready 8 6-inch sheets of
aluminum foil.
Mix chicken meat with all ingredients. Place 3 slices of chicken on each
sheet of foil. Wrap to form sealed triangular packets.
Heat oil in wok. Deep fry the foil-wrapped packets over high heat for
about 5 minutes. Remove and drain. Place on serving plates.
