     Title: Sausage Cheese Puffs
Categories: Five, Breads, Pork, Cheese
     Yield: 48 Servings

     1 lb Italian sausage
     3 c  Biscuit/baking mix
     4 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
   3/4 c  Water

 Set oven @ 400 F/205 C.

 In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat, breaking it into
 crumbles, until meat is no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes; drain.

 In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix and cheese; stir in sausage.
 Add water and toss with a fork until moistened. Shape into 1-1/2"
 balls. Place 2" apart on ungreased baking sheets.

 Bake until puffed and golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on wire
 racks.
