2 lb Velveta cheese
1 lb Swiss cheese
4 oz Jar blue cheese -- up to 5 oz
3/4 c Nuts -- chopped
8 oz Cream cheese
4 tb Mayonnaise
1 tb Garlic salt
Grate Swiss cheese cold at room temperature. Add other cheeses and
mix well. Roll into 3 balls and roll in nuts. Refrigerate or freeze.
