     Title: Pancake and Waffle Mix

     Yield: 1 Servings

     4 c  All-purpose flour
     2 c  Cornmeal
     3 ts Salt
     4 ts Baking powder
   2/3 c  Liquid shortening (1/2 the
          Amount for pancakes)
     2 c  Buckwheat flour
     1 c  Raw wheat germ
     4 ts Soda

 Mix together thoroughly the above ingredients. This mixture may be used
 immediately or stored in a cool place for future use. When using it, take
 equal amounts of the mix and milk (sour milk is best). For pancakes, use 1
 egg to 1 or 2 cups of the mix. For waffles, use 1 egg to 1 cup of the mix.
