In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until ble
nded.
Divide mixture into 6 portions, about 2 1/3 cups each. Store in containers
with tight fitting lids. Label all containers with date and contents. St
ore in a cool, dry place. Use with 10-12 weeks.
Makes about 13 1/2 cups of Homemade Snack Cake Mix, or 6 packages.
