 2 1/3 c  Instant non fat dry milk
   1/2 c  Cornstarch
   1/2 c  Sugar
   1/4 ts Salt

 1. Mix ingredients thoroughly.

 2. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator. Use
 within 3 months.

 About 2-1/2 cups mix
