Process 6 or 7 graham crackers at a time in a blender (or food processor fi
tted with the metal blade) until fine crumb stage is reached. Pour crumbs
into a large bowl; repeat with remaining graham crackers. Stir in sugar an
d cinnamon. Pour into a container with a 10-cup capacity and a tight fitti
ng lid. Seal container; label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dr
y place. Use within 6 months.
Makes about 9 cups of Homemade Graham Cracker Crust Mix.
