     Title: Biscuit Mix
Categories: Mixes, Breads
     Yield: 6 cups

     4 c  Flour
          - lightly spooned into cup
   2/3 c  Instant non fat dry milk
     2 tb Baking powder
     1 ts Salt
   2/3 c  Shortening

 1. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.

 2. Cut in shortening with pastry blender or mixer until
 fine crumbs are obtained and shortening is evenly
 dispersed.

 3. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
  Use within 3 months.
