8 ea Slices bacon
4 Flour tortillas (10")
Butter; softened
2 c Monterey Jack; shredded
2 c Cheddar; shredded
1/4 c Green onions; chopped
2 ea Canned green chilies;
-up to 4, cut in long
-strips
1 Avocado; peel/wedge sliced
1 Tomatoes; up to 2, slice
-in wedges or rings
Fry bacon. Set aside. Place 2 tortillas on 2 large microwave
plates. Spread with butter (optional). Sprinkle each with 1/2 of
the two cheeses, onion and bacon. Arrange chili strips,
spoke-fashion on top. Cover with saran wrap. Microwave on HIGH,
one at a time, for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with avocado and
tomato. Serve immediately.
