2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
4 bananas
lemon juice
Place butter in medium baking dish and microwave for
1 1/2 minutes, or until butter is melted. Add maple syrup and
mix. Place peeled bananas into syrup mixture and spoon over
bananas until well coated. Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes, turn
bananas over once halfway through cooking. Remove from oven
and sprinkle with lemon juice.
