     Title: HONEY COCONUT SNACK *

          Margarine or butter; soft
   1/3 c  Honey
   1/4 c  Brown sugar; packed
     3 c  Toasted whole grain cereal;
          - wheat flake
     1 c  Shredded -OR- flaked coconut
     1 c  Slivered almonds

 Heat oven to 350 . Brush jelly roll pan, 15x10", with margarine. Heat honey
 and brown sugar to boiling in a 3 qt saucepan over medium heat, stirring
 constantly; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients until
 completely coated; spread in pan. Bake, uncovered, stirring frewuently, 10
 minutes. Cool 5 minutes; loosen mixture with metal spatula. Let stand until
 firm, about 1 hour. Store in airtight container.
