                 Chocolate Coconut Crust With Ice Cream

  4      oz            Unsweetened chocolate
  2      tb            Butter
  2      tb            Milk -- hot
    2/3  c             Confectioner's sugar -- sifted
  1 1/2  c             Coconut -- toasted
                       Ice cream -- any flavor

Melt chocolate squares and butter in top of double boiler. Combine
milk and confectioner's sugar. Add to chocolate mixture and stir
well. Add coconut. Spread on bottom and sides of greased 9" pie pan.
Freeze.

To Serve:

Defrost (will defrost in less than 1 hour at room temperature) and
fill with your choice of ice cream. Vanilla, Peppermint stick,
pistachio, etc.
