                           Polish Pork Chops

 24                    Pork chops
    3/4  c             Onion -- chopped
 24      oz            Tomato paste
  2      c             Sour cream
  3      tb            Dry sherry
  1      sm            Dill pickle -- chopped
                       Salt and pepper -- to taste

Brown pork chops on both sides  in skillet. Cover, reduce heat and
cook slowly, about 15 minutes. Add onion and tomato paste. Chill
quickly and freeze in portions suitable for your family.

To Serve:

Defrost and cook for 15 minutes, until chops are tender and heated
through.

Add 1/2 cup sour cream for every four servings. Simmer and stir in
dry sherry, pickle, salt, and pepper.
