32 Lamp chops
4 c Catsup
4 c Chili sauce
2 c Brown sugar
2 c Vinegar
8 lg Onions -- sliced
4 Lemons -- thinly sliced
2 tb Worcestershire sauce -- +2 ts
2 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Pepper
Brown lamp chops in their own fat. Drain off drippings. Combine chops
with remaining ingredients. Chill quickly and freeze in portions
suitable for your family's use.
To Serve:
Defrost and cook chops in sauce over low heat 45 to 60 minutes;
adjust seasonings.
