              Matzo Balls For Chicken Soup - Chicken Plan

  1 3/8  c             Matzo meal
  1                    Egg -- beaten
  1      tb            Chicken fat
  1      tb            Water
    1/2  ts            Salt

Mix ingredients together and place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Shape into balls about 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Boil in salted water
for 20 minutes, covered. Matzo balls may be frozen in the soup. When
ready to serve, defrost sufficiently to remove from container and
heat through.
