3 c Flour
1 tb Yeast; (proofed)
1 tb Salt
1 1/2 c Warm water
Mix ingredients. Cover and let sit for 24 hours. Preheat dutch oven
for 30 min over high heat coals or at 450 degrees. Pitch mixture into
dutch oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove lid and cook and
additional 10 minutes.
