MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Mrs. Dash Salt-Free Seasoning Substitute
Categories: Spice, Mix, Healthy
     Yield: 1 1/3 Cups

   1/2 c  Crushed dried minced onion
     2 tb Crushed dried vegetable
          - flakes; +2 ts
     2 tb Garlic powder
     2 tb Dried orange peel
     1 tb Freshly ground black pepper
     1 ts black pepper; fresh ground
     2 ts Dried parsley
     1 ts Dried basil
     1 ts Coriander
     1 ts Cumin
     1 ts Dried marjoram
     1 ts Dried mustard
     1 ts Dried oregano
     1 ts Dried savory
     1 ts Dried thyme
     1 ts Cayenne pepper
   1/2 ts Celery seed
   1/2 ts Unsweetened lemonade drink
          - mix
   1/4 ts Crushed dried rosemary

 Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
 Store the spice blend in a covered container or a sealed shaker
 bottle.
