MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Chipotle Tater Tot Breakfast Burritos

     Yield: 6 Servings

     4 c  Frozen Tater Tots
     8 lg Eggs
     2 tb Whole milk
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
     1 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
   1/4 c  Fire-roasted diced tomatoes
   1/2 c  Sour cream
     2 tb Chipotles in adobo sauce;
          - fine chopped
     6    Flour tortillas (10")

 Prepare tater tots according to package directions.

 In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until blended.
 Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg
 mixture; cook and stir until eggs are thickened and no liquid egg
 remains. Stir in cheese and tomatoes.

 In a small bowl, whisk sour cream and chipotle peppers. Near the
 center of each tortilla, spread 2 tb chipotle sauce. Layer egg
 mixture and tater tots. Fold bottom and sides of tortilla over
 filling and roll up.
