                              Beet Jellie

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

  4      c             Beet juice
  1      pkg           Pectin
    1/2  c             Lemon juice

In large pan put beet juice, pectin, and lemon juice. Bring to a
rolling boil. Add 6 cups sugar. Boil 3 minutes. Put in jars. Seal.
Wash beets real good. Put a goodly amount of water on beets to cook.
When beets are done, measure out 4 cups juice to use for jellie.
