     Title: Air-Fryer Steak With Garlic Butter

     Yield: 2 Servings

   3/4 lb Flat iron or top sirloin
          - steak
   1/8 ts Salt
   1/8 ts Pepper
     1 tb Butter; softened
     1 ts Fresh parsley; minced
   1/2 ts Garlic; minced
   1/4 ts Soy sauce

 Heat air fryer to 400 F/205 C.

 Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Place steak on a tray in
 air-fryer basket. Cook until meat reaches desired doneness (for
 medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135 F; medium, 140 F;
 medium-well, 145 F), 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through
 cooking.

 Meanwhile, combine butter, parsley, garlic, and soy sauce. Serve
 with steak.
