MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Air-Fryer Potatoes
Categories: Five, Potatoes, Herbs
     Yield: 8 Servings

     2 lb Small unpeeled red potatoes;
          - in wedges
     2 tb Olive oil
     1 tb Fresh rosemary; minced -OR-
     1 ts Dried rosemary; crushed
     2 cl Garlic; minced
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper

 Heat air fryer to 400 F/205 C.

 Drizzle potatoes with oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, salt,
 and pepper; toss gently to coat.

 Place on ungreased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until potatoes
 are golden brown and tender, 10 to 12 minutes, stirring once.
