MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Bacon-Wrapped Avocado Wedges

     Yield: 12 servings

     2 md Ripe avocados
    12 sl Bacon

MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
   1/2 c  Mayonnaise
     3 tb Sriracha chili sauce
     2 tb Lime juice
     1 ts Lime zest; grated

 Heat air fryer to 400 F/205 C.

 Cut each avocado in half; remove pit and peel. Cut each half into
 thirds. Wrap 1 bacon slice around each avocado wedge. Working in
 batches if needed, place wedges in a single layer on tray in
 air-fryer basket and cook until bacon is cooked through, 10 to
 15 minutes.

 Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Sriracha
 sauce, lime juice, and zest. Serve wedges with sauce.
