MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Honey Buffalo Meatball Sliders
Categories: Pork, Beef, Chilies, Fruits, Cheese
     Yield: 6 servings

   1/4 c  Brown sugar; packed
   1/4 c  Louisiana-style hot sauce
   1/4 c  Honey
   1/4 c  Apricot preserves
     2 tb Corn starch
     2 tb Soy sauce
    24 oz Bag fully cooked Italian
          - meatballs; thawed
          Additional hot sauce (optional)
          Bibb lettuce leaves
    12    Mini buns
          Blue cheese; crumbled
          Ranch salad dressing (optional)

 In a 3 or 4 qt slow cooker, mix the first 6 ingredients until
 smooth. Stir in meatballs until coated. Cook, covered, on low 2-3
 hours, until meatballs are heated through.

 If desired, stir in additional hot sauce. Serve meatballs on
 lettuce-lined buns; top with cheese and, if desired, dressing.
