MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Italian Submarine
Categories: Breads, Cheese, Herbs, Pork, Vegetables
     Yield: 8 Servings

     1 lb Loaf unsliced Italian bread
     3 tb Olive oil
     4 tb Parmesan cheese; shredded
 1 1/2 ts Dried oregano
     1 md Tomato; thin sliced
   1/2 lb Deli ham; thin sliced
   1/4 lb Provolone cheese; sliced
   1/4 lb Hard salami; thin sliced

 Cut bread horizontally in half. Hollow out bottom half, leaving a
 1/4" shell. Save removed bread for another use or discard. Brush
 cut surfaces of bread with oil; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and
 oregano.

 Layer bottom half with remaining ingredients. Replace bread top.
 Cut into 8 slices.
