     Title: Grilled Pepper-Jack Chicken Sandwiches

     Yield: 2 Servings

     2    Chicken breast halves
          - (4 oz ea); boned, skinned
     1 ts Poultry seasoning
     2 sl Pepper jack cheese
     2 sl Center-cut bacon; cooked,
          - halved
     2    Hamburger buns; split
     4    Lettuce leaves
     4 sl Tomato
     1 sl Onion; separated in rings
          Dill pickle slices (optional)

 Sprinkle chicken with poultry seasoning. Place chicken on a greased
 grill rack. Grill, covered, or broil 4" from the heat, 4 to
 7 minutes on each side. Top with cheese and bacon; cover and cook
 until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes longer.

 Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, onion and, if desired, pickles.
