MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Dilly Turkey Melt

     Yield: 4 Servings

     2 md Onions; sliced
     4 tb Butter; divided
     4 tb BBQ sauce
     8 sl Sourdough bread
     8 sl Monterey Jack cheese
     8 sl Canadian bacon
     8 sl Turkey; cooked
          Dill pickle slices

 In a large skillet, saute onions in 1 tb butter until tender;
 remove and set aside. Spread barbecue sauce on 4 slices of bread.
 Layer each with one slice of cheese, 2 slices of bacon, and turkey.
 Add pickles, onions, and another slice of cheese. Cover with
 remaining slices of bread.

 In the same skillet over medium-low heat, melt remaining butter.
 Cook sandwiches on both sides until golden brown and cheese is
 melted.
