Title: Fried Tuna Patties

Yield: 4 Servings
6 oz Can tuna; drained and
- flaked
1 lg Egg
1/2 c Italian-seasoned bread
- crumbs
1/3 c Onion; fine chopped
1/4 c Celery; chopped
1/4 c Red bell pepper; chopped
1/4 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Chili sauce
1/2 ts Dill weed
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 ds Hot pepper sauce
1 ds Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Olive oil
4 Hamburger buns; split
Tomato slices (optional)
Lettuce leaves (optional)
In a large bowl, combine tuna and next 12 ingredients; mix well.
Shape into 4 patties (mixture will be soft).
In a nonstick skillet, cook patties in oil over medium-high heat
until golden brown and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Serve on buns. If desired, add tomato and lettuce.
