MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Chicken Salad Panini
Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Nuts, Cheese, Herbs
     Yield: 2 Servings

   1/4 c  Mayonnaise
 1 1/2 ts Honey
   3/4 ts Fresh dill; snipped
   3/4 ts Dijon mustard
     1 ds Salt
     1 ds Pepper
     1 c  Chicken; cooked, diced
   3/4 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
   1/2 c  Apple; peeled, chopped
   1/4 c  Pecans; toasted, chopped
     6 sl White bread
     4 ts Butter; softened

 In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In another bowl,
 combine the chicken, cheese, apple, and pecans; add dressing and
 toss to coat.

 Spread half of the chicken salad on two slices of bread. Top each
 with another slice of bread, remaining chicken salad and remaining
 bread. Spread butter on both sides of sandwiches.

 Cook on a panini maker or indoor grill until bread is toasted and
 cheese is melted.
