     Title: Pat's King Of Steaks Philly Cheesesteak
Categories: Beef, Mushrooms, Vegetables, Cheese, Breads
     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 lg Onion; sliced
   1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced
     1 sm Bell pepper; sliced
     1 sm Red bell pepper; sliced,
          - optional
     6 tb Oil; divided
 1 1/2 lb Ribeye steak; thin sliced
     4    Crusty Italian rolls; split
          Process cheese sauce
          Ketchup (optional)

 In a large skillet, saute onio, mushrooms, and peppers in 3 tb oil
 until tender. Remove and keep warm. In same pan, saute beef in
 remaining oil in batches for 45 to 60 seconds or until meat reaches
 desired doneness.

 On each roll bottom, layer beef, onion mixture, cheese and, if
 desired, ketchup. Replace tops.
