MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Italian Beef On Rolls

     Yield: 8 Servings

     2 lb Sirloin tip roast
14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes,
          - undrained
     1 md Bell pepper; chopped
   1/2 c  Water
     1 tb Sesame seeds
 1 1/2 ts Garlic powder
     1 ts Fennel seed; crushed
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Pepper
     8    Kaiser rolls; split

 Place the roast in a 3 qt slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the
 tomatoes, bell pepper, water, and seasonings; pour over roast.
 Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until meat is tender.

 Remove roast; cool slightly. Skim fat from cooking juices; shred
 beef and return to the slow cooker. Serve on rolls.
