MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Italian Meat Stromboli

     Yield: 10 Servings

     1 lb Loaf bread dough; thawed
     8 oz Can pizza sauce
   1/4 ts Garlic powder; divided
   1/4 ts Dried oregano; divided
     8 oz Brick cheese; sliced
     1 c  Mozzarella cheese; shredded
   1/2 c  Bell pepper; chopped
   1/4 c  Onion; chopped
     1 c  Fresh mushrooms; sliced
   1/2 c  Parmesan cheese; shredded
     3 oz Bag sliced pepperoni
     5 oz Deli ham; sliced

 Place dough in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top.
 Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 Mix pizza sauce and 1/8 ts garlic powder & 1/8 ts oregano.

 Punch down dough. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a
 15x10" rectangle. Top with brick cheese, sauce mixture, and next
 7 ingredients to within 1" of edges.

 Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side. Pinch seam to
 seal and tuck ends under; transfer to a greased baking sheet.
 Sprinkle with remaining 1/8 ts garlic powder and 1/8 ts oregano.
 Bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
