MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese

     Yield: 4 Servings

    16 oz Tub refrigerated fully
          - cooked barbecued shredded
          - pork
     1 cl Garlic; minced
     8 sl Country white bread
     6 oz Manchego cheese; sliced -OR-
     8 sl Monterey Jack cheese
     1 sm Red onion; thin sliced
   1/4 c  Mayonnaise

 Heat shredded pork according to package directions. Stir in garlic.
 Layer 4 slices of bread with cheese, onion, pork mixture, and
 remaining bread. Spread outsides of sandwiches with mayonnaise.

 In a large nonstick skillet, toast sandwiches in batches over
 medium-low heat until golden brown and cheese is melted, 2 to
 3 minutes per side.
