MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Hot Antipasto Sandwiches

     Yield: 8 Servings

    16 oz Refrigerated crescent rolls
          - (2 cans)
   1/4 lb Hard salami; thin sliced
   1/4 lb Deli ham; thin sliced
   1/4 lb Pepperoni; sliced
   1/4 lb Provolone cheese; sliced
     2 lg Eggs
     1 ds Pepper
     7 oz Jar roasted sweet red
          - peppers; drained, patted
          - dry, chopped
     2 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
     1 lg Egg yolk; lightly beaten

 Unroll crescent roll dough into two rectangles; seal seams and
 perforations. Press one rectangle onto the bottom and 3/4" up the
 sides of a greased 13x9" baking dish. Layer with salami, ham,
 pepperoni, and provolone cheese.

 Whisk eggs and pepper; pour over cheese. Top with roasted peppers
 and Parmesan cheese. Place remaining crescent dough rectangle over
 the top; pinch edges to seal. Brush with egg yolk.

 Cover and bake @ 350 F/175 C for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 to
 20 minutes longer or until golden brown. Cut into 8 triangles;
 serve warm.
