MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Artichoke Steak Wraps
Categories: Vegetables, Herbs, Beef, Breads
     Yield: 6 Servings

     8 oz Frozen artichoke hearts;
          - thawed, chopped
     2 md Tomatoes; chopped
   1/4 c  Fresh cilantro; chopped
   3/4 ts Salt; divided
 1 1/4 lb Flat iron steak
   1/4 ts Pepper
     6    Whole wheat 8" tortillas;
          - warmed

 Toss artichoke hearts and tomatoes with cilantro and 1/4 ts salt.

 Sprinkle steak with pepper and remaining salt. Grill, covered, over
 medium heat or broil 4" from heat until meat reaches desired
 doneness, 5 to 6 minutes per side. Remove from heat; let stand
 5 minutes. Cut into thin slices. Serve steak and salsa in
 tortillas, folding bottoms and sides of tortillas to close.
