6 sl Cooked turkey
6 sl White bread
1 c Milk
8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 c Parmesan cheese; grated
1/4 ts Garlic salt
1/2 c Leftover cranberry sauce
Toast and butter Bread. Have cheese at room temperature. Place
turkey on buttered toast. In a 1 qt ovenproof casserole, gradually
add milk to cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Cook for
3 minutes on HIGH in microwave. Stir. Cook another 2 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Cover
each open faced sandwich with sauce. Top with a spoonful of whole
berry cranberry sauce, if desired.
