MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Sourdough Turkey Melts
Categories: Poultry, Breads, Cheese, Chilies
     Yield: 2 servings

     2 tb Mayonnaise
     4 sl Sourdough bread
   1/4 c  Chopped green chilies;
          - canned
   1/4 lb Thin sliced deli turkey
   1/4 c  Colby-Monterey Jack cheese;
          - shredded
     1 tb Butter; softened

 Spread mayonnaise over two slices of bread. Layer with green
 chiles, turkey, and cheese. Top with remaining bread. Spread
 outsides of sandwiches with butter.

 In a large skillet, toast sandwiches over medium heat until golden
 brown and cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes on each side.
