MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Tangy Miracle Whip Slices
Categories: Diabetic, Cheese, Main dish, Vegetables, Sandwiches
     Yield: 1 Serving

     1    Pita bread
     1 tb Miracle whip salad dressing;
          -with
     1 ts Horseradish
     2 sl Tomato
     2 sl Cucumber
     2 sl Red onion
     3 sl Swiss cheese

 Spread halved pita bread with 1 tb miracle whip salad dressing
 mixed with 1/2 ts horseradish.  Fill with 2 slices of each: tomato,
 cucumber and red onion.  Top with 3 slices swiss cheese. (I made
 this for a diabetic because it would be a good lunch of work or
 school. By putting the vegetables in a container it would work. Also
 I would use low-fat cheese and salad dressing. Just make it work for
 the diabetic).

 440 cal, 23.8 pro, 26.8 carbs, 26.5 fat, excellent source of calcium.
