20 lb Ground beef
4 lg Onions, ch
4 lg Green peppers, ch
4 c Celery, ch
1 c Brown sugar, packed
1 c Spicy brown mustard
4 c Ketchup
2 cn Tomato paste, 12 oz.
4 cn Tomato sauce, 15 oz.
6 c To 8 cups water
1 c Vinegar
2/3 c Worcestershire sauce
100 Hamburger buns
In a lg Dutch oven, brown the beef, onions, peppers and celery in
batches til meat is browned. Rem w a slotted spoon to a lg roaster;
add the next 8 ingr. Cover and simmer for 3-4 hours. Serve on buns.
Makes 12 quarts.
