     Title: Beef & Provolone Sliders

     Yield: 6 Servings

     3 oz Pkg julienned soft sun-dried
          - tomatoes; not oil packed
    12 oz Pkg Hawaiian sweet rolls
   1/2 c  Prepared pesto
   1/2 lb Deli roast beef; thin sliced
     6 sl Provolone cheese

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 Place tomatoes in a small bowl; cover with hot water. Let stand
 until hydrated, about 15 minutes; drain and pat dry.

 Without separating rolls, cut the rolls in half horizontally;
 arrange bottom halves in a greased 13x9" baking dish. Spread pesto
 over cut sides of top and bottom halves. Layer the bottom halves
 with beef, cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes; replace top halves of
 rolls.

 Cover with foil and bake until cheese is melted, 20 to 22 minutes.
 Remove foil and bake until tops are golden brown, about 2 to
 3 minutes.
