MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Bruschetta Al Prosciutto
Categories: Italian, Sandwiches
     Yield: 2 Sandwiches

     4 sl Country bread; 3/4" thick
     2 cl Garlic; peeled and cut in
          -half
          Extra virgin olive oil
     4 sl Imported Italian prosciutto;
          -about 1/6 lb
    12    Figs; stemmed and cut in
          -half lengthwise for garnish

 Grill the bread on both sides until crusty on the outside but still
 soft within. Rub one side of each slice of bread with cut garlic.
 Arrange bread slices on a platter and drizzle with olive oil. Top
 each slice of bread with a slice of prosciutto and surround with
 figs.
